TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN ‘FRUITX - SUNEHRA KAL YOJANA’ CONTEST
The FruitX - SUNEHRA KAL YOJANA CONTEST (“Contest”) is brought to you by Chifu Agritech Private Limited (“FruitX” or “Company” or “We” or “Us” or “Our”). These Contest Terms & Conditions ("Contest Terms”) along with the privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) govern your participation in the Contest. Please read the Contest Terms before registering for the Contest on relevant microsite/ webpage/ social media application (“Registration Page”). You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these Contest Terms and you acknowledge and agree that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below. The Contest Terms are in addition to the Privacy Policy of www.vegrow.in (available at https://www.vegrow.in/privacy-policy/) to which you agree by using www.vegrow.in and/or the mobile applications of the Company and/or any microsite/ gamified webpages of the Company and/ or any third party social media applications (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Company Terms" and such websites and mobile applications, microsites, gamified webpages of FruitX shall be referred to as “FruitX Products”). To the extent the Company Terms are inconsistent with the Contest Terms, these Contest Terms will prevail with respect to the Contest only.
For the purposes of these Terms:
“Farmer”/ “you”/ “your” shall mean any individual who, is a citizen of India and has attained the age of 18 (eighteen) years. If a Farmer wishes to participate in the Contest, such participation in the Contest is permitted only upon the Farmer agreeing to these Contest Terms.
“Terms” shall mean the Contest Terms and the Company Terms.
“Reward” shall have the same meaning as provided under clause 5 of these Contest Terms.
The Contest shall comprise of the following three rounds:
Round 1 – On successful registration for the Contest, the Farmer shall be eligible to participate in Round 1 of the Contest, basis the eligibility criteria stipulated under clause 2 of these Contest Terms, by transacting with FruitX at least once till 12-December-2025. While transacting with FruitX, the Farmer shall use the same mobile number, as was provided to Us at the time of registration for Contest.
Round 2 – Farmers who have successfully completed the registration for the Contest and have transacted with FruitX at least once till 03-January-2026 shall be eligible to participate in Round 2 of the Contest.
Round 3 – Farmers who have successfully completed the registration for the Contest and have transacted with FruitX at least once till 15-February-2026 shall be eligible to participate in Round 3 of the Contest.
All costs and expenses for travel, accommodation (if any) for you to visit the FruitX mandi and transact thereof, shall be entirely borne by you. The Company shall not be responsible or liable in any manner, for any such expenses or costs associated thereof, for the Farmer.
Qualification for Participation: Each qualifying Farmer who transacts with FruitX during the Contest Period shall be segregated into the following 3 groups, based on the total aggregate quantity of Produce (as defined below) sold by such Farmer to FruitX upto a given date, at any point in time, as follows -

(each group, as abovementioned, shall hereinafter be referred to as a “Group”. Also, Round 1, Round 2 and Round 3, shall hereinafter collectively be referred to as “Rounds”).
It is hereby clarified that during the Contest Period, the moment a Farmer achieves the specific threshold value of a Group (as provided hereinabove), from that moment itself such Farmer shall be moved by the Company to the specific Group for the eligibility of Reward under the respective Round.
Winners: In line with the qualifications provided in clause 1(v) of these Contest Terms above, the Winners (as defined below) shall be declared, at random basis, as stipulated hereunder in line with the qualifications provided.

The Contest opens at 10:30 hours on 06-December-2025 and closes at 23:59 hours on 15-February-2026 or such other extended date as decided by the Company in its sole discretion (“Contest Period”).
This Contest is being conducted for Farmers who shall be able to supply pomegranates (“Produce”) to FruitX in India, during the Contest Period, and have agreed to participate in the Contest and have consented to being bound by the Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The Farmer hereby confirms that the Farmer is residing in India at the time of participation in the Contest.
If the Farmer has the ability to enter into a legally binding contract and that such Farmer registers, approves and consents for participation in the Contest, then it is represented and warranted that the Farmer agrees to be bound by the Terms, including without limitation being liable for all use of the FruitX Products by the Farmer. Further, the Farmer hereby covenants that the Farmer’s use of FruitX Products shall be strictly in accordance with the Terms and all such terms contained herein or otherwise, shall be enforceable against the Farmer and Farmer shall be responsible for all losses or liabilities incurred by the Company due to any breach of the Terms by the Farmer. Farmer hereby acknowledges that the Company may choose, but is not obligated, to make any inquiries, either directly or through third parties, that the Company deems necessary to validate the information provided by Farmer, unless required under applicable laws.
Farmer hereby represents that, in order to participate in the Contest and to win any Reward, the Farmer has requisite KYC documents, issued by the Government of India, which will stand valid as of the date of the Ceremony (as defined below).
The Company will not be responsible for any consequence that arises as a result of misuse of the Contest or otherwise, that may occur by virtue of any person including a minor registering for the Contest. Farmer warrants that all the data provided by the Farmer is accurate and complete. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Farmer’s participation in the Contest if it is discovered that the Farmer is under the age of 18 (eighteen) years or any information provided by the Farmer is inaccurate. Farmer acknowledges that the Company does not have the responsibility to ensure that Farmer conforms to the aforesaid eligibility criteria. It shall be the sole responsibility of Farmer to ensure that aforementioned eligibility requirement are met.
It is hereby clarified that any Farmer not meeting the eligibility requirement set out hereinabove shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, FARMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE COMPANY CANNOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY ANY FARMER AND THE COMPANY IS NOT OBLIGATED TO VERIFY THE IDENTITY OF ANY FARMER. THE FARMER’S REGISTRATION MAY BE CANCELLED BY THE COMPANY AT ANY TIME AND WITHOUT WARNING, FOR ANY FAILURE TO ABIDE BY ANY OF THESE TERMS.
Please note that participation in or winning Rewards under the Contest does not require purchase of any of the products offered by the Company.
By continuing to sign up for the Contest for participation, the Farmer signifies its acceptance of the Terms, which takes effect on the date the Farmer registers to participate in the Contest, and creates a legally binding arrangement with the Company, to abide by the same. By accepting the Terms, Farmer also accepts and agrees to be bound by Company’s policies, as amended, from time to time in accordance with the Terms. The Terms and registration form (if any) constitute the entire contract between the Farmer and the Company with respect to the Farmer’s participation in the Contest, superseding any prior written or oral contracts in relation to the subject matter herein.
Please note that we reserve the right to modify/ update the whole or any part of the Terms at any time without providing any prior notice to you. It is your responsibility to review the Terms for modifications/ updates and analyze its impact on yourself. In the event that any update/ modification to the Terms is not acceptable to you, please feel free to email us at contact@vegrow.in and if we are unable to address your concerns, please refrain from using FruitX Products and/or avoid participation in the Contest. Your continued participation in the Contest or your continuous use of the FruitX Products will be deemed to mean that you accept and agree to be bound by such modified/ updated Terms.
PLEASE READ THE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OR ACCESSING THE FRUITX PRODUCTS (INCLUDING YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST.
The Terms are electronic records in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, the applicable rules thereunder (as amended from time to time) and the provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and are published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1)(a) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
While the Terms will apply to the Farmer for participation in the Contest, there may be additional terms (such as the terms imposed by the mobile applications such as WhatApp, from time to time) which will govern the Farmer’s use of the said platform. These additional terms to the extent applicable are hereby deemed to be incorporated in the Terms by way of reference.
These Contest Terms have been translated in Hindi language also. It is understood by you that in case of any inconsistency between the English version and Hindi version, the English version shall prevail.
Round 1 (Silver Tier): Round 1 shall be conducted as per the following pattern. In case a Farmer is able to supply the Produce to FruitX as per the minimum quantity requirements for the respective Group stated hereunder till the validity of Round 1, the said Farmer shall be eligible for a Reward of Round 1 for such Group.

Eligibility for Round 1: Apart from the eligibility criteria set out in clauses 1 and 2 above, you shall be required to register on the ‘Registration page’ by providing all the details requested therein, basis the registration period of the Round 1.

Reward for Round 1: Farmers shall be eligible for a Reward for Round 1, as per the qualification criteria stated under clause 1(v) of these Contest Terms above. For avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that there is no limit on the number of Farmers eligible for a Reward from each Group.
Results for Round 1: The Winners for Round 1 shall be decided through a draw of lots by the Company in a randomised and impartial manner and shall be announced by 15-December-2025. In case a Farmer wins a Reward for Round 1, the Company’s representatives shall contact the said Farmer, on the contact number provided by the Farmer to the Company at the time of registration, to inform about the relevant Reward.
Round 2 (Gold Tier): Round 2 shall be conducted as per the following pattern. In case a Farmer is able to supply the Produce to FruitX as per the minimum quantity requirements for the respective Group stated hereunder till the validity of Round 2, the said Farmer shall be eligible for a Reward of Round 2 for the specific Group.

In case a Farmer wins a Reward for Round 2, the Company’s representatives shall contact the said Farmer, on the contact number provided by the Farmer to the Company at the time of registration, to inform about the relevant Reward.
Round 3 (Bumper Tier): Round 3 shall be conducted as per the following pattern. In case a Farmer is able to supply the Produce to FruitX as per the minimum quantity requirements for the respective Group stated hereunder till the validity of Round 3, the said Farmer shall be eligible for a Reward of Round 3 for the specific Group.

Reward for Round 3: Farmers shall be eligible for the Reward for Round 3, as per the qualification criteria stated under clause 1(v) of these Contest Terms above. For avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that there is no limit on the number of Farmers eligible for the Reward from each Group.
Results for Round 3: The sole Winner for Round 3 shall be decided through a draw of lots by the Company in a randomised and impartial manner and shall be announced by 18-February-2026.
The following additional terms shall be applicable for the Contest –
In case a Farmer is declared as a Winner for a specific Round, the Company’s representatives shall contact the said Farmer, on the contact number provided by the Farmer to the Company at the time of registration, to intimate about the relevant Reward.
Upon receipt of intimation over call, the Farmer shall be required to provide all the details requested therein and confirm his/her presence, to collect the Reward at the reward distribution ceremony to be held at FruitX Jeewana Anaar Mandi, Jalore on such date as communicated by the Company (“Ceremony”).
In the event the Farmer refuses to attend the Ceremony, then any other Farmer (selected in a randomised and impartial manner through a draw of lots by the Company) may be considered by the Company, as a Winner. On receipt of requisite information and confirmation from the Farmer to attend the Ceremony, such Farmer may be considered for the Reward.
Additionally, in the event the Company is unable to reach the Farmer on the contact number provided after three attempts, then the said Farmer will forfeit the Reward.
All costs and expenses for travel, accommodation (if any) for the Farmer to attend the Ceremony, shall be entirely borne by the Farmer. The Company shall not be responsible or liable in any manner, for any such expenses or costs associated thereof, for the Farmer.
The Winners of the Contest will stand a chance to the respective Rewards as more particularly stipulated under clause 1(vi) of these Contest Terms for the respective Round (hereinafter “Rewards”).
For avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that if a Farmer wins any Reward in a Round, then that Farmer shall be excluded from the subsequent Round(s).
The Company will select the Winners and sponsor all the Rewards as set out in these Contest Terms. It shall do so based on its internal criteria and evaluations. The Company’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding and you shall not have any right to interfere in any manner whatsoever in the selection of the Winners.
The Rewards shall be handed over only to the respective Winners. In case a Winner in unable to collect a Reward, then such Farmer may, at its own risk and discretion, nominate a representative to collect the Reward by sharing the requisite information (viz. name, contact number and government issued ID card of such representative) with the Company for validation purposes. In case of any loss of Reward, dispute with such representative, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses incurred by the respective Winner, such Farmer shall not hold the Company accountable and shall releases the Company from any such liabilities.
Rewards shall be non-transferable and non-assignable under any circumstances whatsoever.
Reward cannot be exchanged for cash.
The specifications of the Rewards shall be determined by the Company in its sole discretion.
Any and all Rewards for the Contest shall be awarded “AS IS” and “WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND”, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
If any Rewards cannot be made available to the Winners of the Contest due to the restriction imposed by applicable law, Force Majeure Event, or for any other reasons, then in such an event Company may, at its sole discretion, not award any of the Rewards.
All taxes, levies and duties due and owing under applicable laws in connection with the Rewards, if any, and other related costs shall be borne by the Farmer.
The Farmer hereby grants the Company a non-exclusive, non-terminable, unrestricted, royalty free, worldwide right to use the name, likeness, image, voice, and/or movements, registered and/or captured by means of photographs, audio, sound recordings, visual recordings, video recordings of the Farmer and/ or you, the literary and artistic works created by the Farmer and/or you and/or otherwise captured by the Company as part of recording the feedback, testimonial in connection with the Contest and/or FruitX Products or services (collectively “Material”) and hereby expressly consent to the usage, processing (in any manner whatsoever) of Material and/or the information belonging to the Farmer or you (including any personal information) in connection with the Material, which personal information, you have expressly & voluntarily provided to the Company for participating in the Contest.
The Farmer hereby irrevocably and unconditionally assigns to the Company, on royalty-free basis, all rights, titles and interests, including, without limitation, all copyright and derivative rights created under the laws of India and all analogous rights in all other jurisdictions and all renewals and extensions thereof and other intellectual property rights, whether subsisting now or created at any time hereafter (collectively the “Rights”) in and to the Material, such assignment being effective as of the date of creation of Material and any such elements created thereof, and being made for the duration of protection of intellectual property rights throughout the world without any limitation as to medium, sector of market, purpose or other limitations relating to the scope of the assignment so that the Company be the absolute and exclusive owner of all Rights in and to such Material.
On participating in the Contest, the Farmer agrees to be involved in media activity or other promotional activity, if any, pertaining to the Contest (including but not limited to using pictures submitted as part of the Contest). Accordingly, if requested by the Company, the Farmer agrees to execute all necessary documents in order to give full effect to this provision, including removing any difficulties arising in relation thereto.
In order to conduct the Contest effectively, Company shall require the Farmer to mandatorily share the name, city and state of current residence, contact number, email ID (if any) without compromising on any personal data that ought to be protected as per Privacy Policy.
Company reserves the sole right, without any liability and without previous notice, to add, withdraw, alter, modify, change, or vary all or any of the specific details of the Contest, at any time. It also has the sole right to replace the Contest with any another contest as may be decided by the Company and accordingly may decide to have rewards for the winners of such contests. Company further reserves the right to discontinue the Contest or any part thereof at its sole discretion without any obligation to assign any reasons or sending notifications of such discontinuation/ cancelation.
All FruitX Products, any information regarding the Contest that form part of the Contest are provided on an ‘as is’ basis without warranties of any kind. Company makes no representations and disclaims all express and implied warranties as to the accuracy of the content, timeliness or completeness of the Contest. Company does not guarantee any benefits (implied or otherwise) from participation in the Contest.
Under no circumstance shall Company be liable to the Farmers or any other third party for any loss of profits or loss of opportunity, accuracy of the content, benefit from or quality of the Contest, purpose of Contest or any other indirect, special, consequential, incidental, exemplary or punitive damages whatsoever, even if they have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Company shall not be responsible for - (a) lost, invalid, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by the Farmers or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (b) misplacing results of the Farmers by any technical or human error that may occur in the evaluation; (c) printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with or used in the Contest; (d) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; or (e) injury or damage to computer or mobile resulting from downloading any registration forms/ materials or using the Registration Page in connection with the Contest.
By participating in Contest, the Farmer agrees that the personal information may be collected on the Company’s behalf by others associated with, and/ or assisting in organizing and administering of the Contest and same may be inter alia used to intimate the Farmer of the Contest information pertaining to the Company, in the future.
Company may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any Farmer or forfeit the Reward, if the Farmer is found to be: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; (b) acting in violation of the Terms; or (c) acting in an unethical or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or third party.
Communication to You: Any communication relating to the Contest from Our end will be sent to you over your preferred mode of communication, basis your acceptance of any applicable terms of usage for such mode of communication.
The dates for the Contest shall be determined by the Company and the same shall not be subject to any change at the behest of the Farmers.
Contest is subject to Force Majeure Event including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, war, acts of terror, political unrests, pandemics, epidemics, technical snags, acts of God, or any unforeseen circumstances or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Company (“Force Majeure Event”). Company shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the Farmers in Contest including the Winners as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Farmers, by entering the Contest, expressly discharge and release the Company from any claim, liability, action or demand arising out of or in connection with the Contest or its rewards.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company, and any of its employees, officers or agents from and against any and all claims, actions, suits or proceedings, as well as any and all losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or accruing from: (i) infringement of any copyright or trademark made available on the FruitX’s Products; (ii) any misrepresentation made by you in connection with the Contest; (iii) any non-compliance by you with the Terms; (iv) claims brought by persons or entities arising from or related to your involvement with the Contest; (v) acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any Reward or participation in any Contest related activity or participation in the Contest.
This Contest is being conducted purely on a "best effort" basis and participating in this Contest is voluntary. By allowing you to participate in the Contest, you will be legally bound hereby, to release from liability, and hold harmless the Company, and any of its affiliates, employees or agents representing or related to the Company and its services/ products. This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries (including permanent disability or death), property loss or damage, and misuse of the benefits/ rewards offered under this Contest, in connection with any activity or directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, or participation in the Contest, even if caused or contributed to by Company’s negligence.
The Terms set out herein are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising in relation to the Contest are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru only.
If any provision of these Contest Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect. To the extent permitted by law, the rights to litigate, seek injunctive relief or make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with this Contest are hereby excluded, and the Farmer expressly waives any and all such rights.
